Store details
Stored only in this browser. Match against task owner / assigned_to.
Reschedule timeline
Compress outstanding tasks into a new N-week window ending on your launch date. Completed tasks keep their historical dates.
Smart reschedule
Phase-aware: post-build phases reserve N weeks before launch; staffing has its own start date; Operating Cadence (post-open) is left alone. Completed tasks untouched.
Sync to latest template
Adds any tasks or equipment in the latest PCA Template that aren't already in this store. Your existing edits (status, dates, notes, owners) are not touched. Use this after the canonical template gets new content.
Realign lead times to template
Overwrites each task's start & due dates with the offsets from the latest PCA Template (currently aligned to the Hudson Strands 8-week timeline). Useful when the template's typical lead times have been updated and you want this store to follow the new schedule.
Align task list to another store
Prune this store's task list to match another store's. Removes any task in this store that doesn't exist in the reference (by name). Optionally adds tasks the reference has that this store is missing. Completed tasks are never removed.
Task ordering
Default order: by phase, then status priority, then due date. Drag the ⋮⋮ handle on any task row to reorder.

Danger zone
Reset this store to the original PCA Template seed (anchored to current opening date), or delete it entirely.
